Have a trouble with screen timeout

I'm using Ss galaxy note 10.1 with 4.1.2 os. My device has an annoying problem. Each time a notifications pop out, it wake my tablet up from timeout status (of course) and, it keep the screen wake for hours without switching to timeout mode until the battery running out. Is there anybody has a solution for this issue? I keep my device timeout in 2 mins in settings.

Is there a specific notification causing screen on, or any notification fire up this issue?

Yeah. There are games and sim services which wake my screen on permanently.

Try this app to determine which game or app wakes your tablet up.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1179809
Install it and run. Then you can close it. It will continue to run in the background and collect wake up events info.
Then make your tablet in sleep. After notification wakes it up, wait for a while (20-30 minutes at least) and let the Better Battery Stats collects some records. Then send screen shots or logs from BBS to here.
It will reveal the guilty app
