Have Blu Studio II and it will not do a factory reset.

blu studio II gets stuck on the blu logo scree.Doesn't do anything else.Tried to factory reset and wont let me choose it. Push the button it wont do anything. i am pushing power and volume down to do reset. is my phone fried???

On the box of this phone it says Lollipop 5.0 upgradable. Will the phone automatically update to Lollipop 5.1 or is that a process the owner has to hassle with trying to do?

Not sure--I would assume that it would be an over-the-air update, so go to Settings>About Phone>System Updates and keep checking for updates periodically. The Blu support page only mentions KitKat updates :-\ : Software Updates
