I feel like it adds the slightest amount of bulk. It's probably just a tad thicker than the NFC sticker that came on the back by default. The back cover does fit a tad more snug, but it's not noticeable.

Naturally. Doesn't make much sense to have an extra NFC sticker on top of an NFC+Qi sticker.

One thing to note: I had zero problems when applying to my leather back. Works perfectly. When I applied to my girlfriend's plastic back, NFC was working, but qi was not. What I had to do was put a small, folded piece of paper under where the qi contact is to elevate it a bit (I also taped it down to make sure it stays in place). After that, both qi and NFC were functional.
