Yup, it gave me a notification saying the update had been downloaded and verified; it launched into the installation (took about 10 minutes). I can't see any immediate difference, though the screen is definitely more responsive. (India, 12.31 GMT)

well, I've now had 4.3 the past couple days, and other than a couple fall starts having to do with Netflix incompatibilities, my phone is been pretty solid. I haven't noticed any real performance improvements, but most of those are things that I probably wouldn't notice anyway since I don't doing nothing wires Amy 3d acceleration improvements.

Nothing so far for me here in Toronto. Funny thing is I actually have 2 Nexus 4's the one that doesn't work has got the update (powered it on and got notified) where as the one I use that works nothing.

Please do not follow this advice, anyone. See the link I posted just a little while ago and what I've been saying over and over again... sit tight, these get pushed out in phases for a reason. The framework services clearing is known to have the potential to cause you issues later on if you do it.

Just received OTA 4.3 update in NoVa (3:15 pm). Took about 5 minutes.

I followed the clearing of data on Google Framework and no update. Even after several tries. However I did have the luxury of trying to understand several google play store errors. After 2 hours of reading the numerous postings about the errors I finally came to one that indicated I should delete my google account and then reload it. I did and I was back to normal. After that wonderful experience I will wait for the OTA update for my N10.

Finally received the OTA update a couple hours ago in Los Angeles! So far, does seem snappier and so happy to have the dialer auto-complete

Its been a week now and I still don't have the OTA update. My wife and a friend of mine have both got the update, and of course, they could both care less about it. I have been hitting the update button every five minutes for a week and nothing. How is that fair?

Yeah, nothing for our two Nexus 4's either yet. I'm sure it will come, but a week is starting to get to be a long time.
