I'm just curious. I haven't used it a single time. Not once. Just curious if anyone else is in the same boat. Maybe I'm missing some great application for it or something!! LOL

Good for repositioning the cursor when editing text messages. Also good for selecting links on web pages if they are close together and you don't want to zoom in.

same, I find it is pretty much useless for anything else as you can do everything with swipe gestures/presses quicker.

Wish I could press it to come out of screen saver mode... With my clear case, it is hard to press the power button on top....

Sounds like a bad case design? Is it a Verizon model? i have the "gradient" hardcase for it from verizon, since there's not anything else available yet. It's pretty poorly constructed. I'm waiting on Seidio to release an Innocase II.

It is one of the clear snap on cases that Verizon had. I went in the SECOND day the incredible was on sale to pickup SOMETHING for it, and all the had was purple and clear. I went clear.

it isn't BAD, it is just that the button is lower than the case so it is a little hard to press. And since battery life kind of sucks, I have display set to 30 seconds.

The FUNNY part is on the Eris you just click the little track ball and the screen comes to life. I want my incredible to do that too.

What joystick? Jk. I forget it's there but I should try using it for some of the reasons you guys mentioned, especially in positioning the cursor.
