Having an issue getting my Nexus 5X app & app data restored on S8+

[Android Central Question]

As above - when I use Smart Switch, it has apps & app data greyed out.

What would be the cause of this? How do I get my apps & app data from my Nexus 5X to my Galaxy S8+?
