Having problems downloading new market release

Anyone else having problems downloading the new market release (3.3.11) with their gs2? I've tried everything. I've cleaned all my cache, history and even uninstalled previous market updates. Any other suggestions?

Oh, and I am not rooted and I'm not interested. Thanks!

I am updating from 3.1.15.
I just download to PC, copy the file to sdcard,
look for it using MyFiles , then install
