having trouble installing HTC service HTC pnc

7 having trouble installing HTC Service HTC PNC. Is anyone else having trouble doing the same from the Google Play Store on HTC 10. All my other apps install an upgrade just fine.

Apparently sprint versions can't install. I'm not installing due to bad reviews on how it screws up the camera.

My thing is I'm having trouble installing it at all it's giving me the Play Store error 505 which usually means that it's incompatible with your device which is weird. I also cannot find HTC speak says its installed but I can't uninstall it. When I go to my all apps in the Play Store and I find it and click on it it says its installed but also says it's not compatible to my device so I can uninstall it and I cannot find it in my apps on my phone. So now I have that cannot be updated and that's just in there as not being able to be updated.
