Hbo to go problems

I am wondering has anyone else had this problem with HBO To Go. Every time I try to sign in I receive an error the error that I am typing the wrong username or password. Even though my username and password work perfectly when I log in from my laptop.

A little frustrated right now!

wow, I seem to have a problem logging in with Directv, on the Charge, but not on my laptop? Anyone else have directv log in problems?
