HC 3.2 (Xoom) not seeing wifi hotspot from iPhone

I am having trouble getting my xoom (running 3.2) to see a wifi hotspot on an iPhone 4. I can see and connect to this hotspot fine from several other wireless devices. I have disabled and re-enable the wireless on the xoom multiple times, but the network is still not coming up. I have tried to add manually, but I still get 'not in range' Any suggestions? Thank you!
