Wow Best Buy tried to rip me off. I asked a guy at Best Buy if they had any, and he said they'd be carrying them in a week and would be $40-60 each.

HAHA mouser electronics had the molex 2m cable earlier.
There were at least 400 listed in stock and now it says backordered with a lead time of 16 weeks.

Type D is just another name for Mini-HDMI.

Yes, link does not work, but you can find it here by follow these steps:
1. Molex Connector Part Number - 0687860003

2. Click on Check Distributor Inventory (blue banner, middle of the page)
3. Click on Americas (map)
4. Click on Arrow Electronics

This is very true. But considering I can order one for $20 with 3 day shipping, I am willing on taking the $5 dollar hit (gotta figure these will run at least $15ish after taxes at a B&M), to get before launch.
