Headphone jack not working

Hi I have the droid razr and the headphone jack does not work. It is not the headphones because I have tried multiple pairs of headphones. If I play with it and twist the plug in part around in the jack for a while I may be able to get music to play out one ear of my headphone. It is not lint or dust, I have tried that. Can I get a new headphone jack put in? Can I buy a new one? Can verizon do anything about it? Please HELP!

It sounds like the headphone jack is damaged or disconnected from the circuit board. I'd open up the phone and check if the ribbon cable is disconnected first. If the jack is damaged, you can order a headphone jack from Ebay and then install it. I saw one for $11.
