Headphones do not fit in jack properly, what should I do?

Headphones do not fit in jack properly

Hi. I have a pair of a-JAYS Four headphones. When I plug them into my phone it inserts fully but pops out again a couple of seconds later. I have tried with other headphones and they stay in. What can I do? Thanks.

You may need to buy an adaptor on amazon. If there are non, you may need to use other headphones. A-Jays are designed for MP3s like sandisks. Sorry there isn't an official answer. Just my suggestion.
