Heaphone is plugged but music played on both speakers and headphone

It never happened before, and this phone is still 3 weeks old and im using the headphones that come with it. Whenever i plugged the headphones in the sound is coming from both speaker and headphones Please help. I am using Samsung J6 2018

Have you plugged in fully? There is sometimes a resistance to the last millimetre or so.
