hearing incoming ring when don't have ringing sound with Samsung live buds in

Anyone having this problem. When I have a incoming call, I see a pop up that phone is ringing, but no sound/ring coming out of bud, If I answer it, sound is fine.
I can't remember if it started after update.

Thanks, I did unpair them and turned phone off and then back on. I finally kept checking different settings in them and phone. I now can hear a sound, it's not my default sound I have for phone, but now I can tell I'm getting a call, if my phone is not where I can see it.

It's not just a bud problem. I have several BT headphones experiencing this poblem.
