Heatin' Issues!

My phone just heats up high outta nowhere for a specific time in such a way i cant hold it . especially the sides! Any1 out there know how to fix the heating issues?

Get it replaced through the manufacturer warranty.

I've removd my clear case nd idk hw is it related but it doesnt heat up tht much like it usd to !

Within the last few days mine keeps popping up and saying my phone is over heating. The right edge along the metal near the power button is very warm.

Just using it. I picked it up yesterday and hadn't even used it and it said it was over heating

I just came back to the S6 yesterday and also notices the same heating issue. I cleared cache and reset to factory. Haven't had any issue since 3 pm yesterday. Worth a shot.

Mine had done this a few times about 10 days ago. I tracked the issue down to OneDrive going thermonuclear when it couldn't upload my photos off Wifi. Not sure if it's a broader issue or was just a localized data/cache issue, but since I uninstalled OneDrive I haven't had the issue repeat.
