Heavy use

hey guys, a couple of thoughts tonight. First of all, my S3s battery has gotten progressively better in handling heavy use situations since I got it a month or so ago. It seems like it used to reallyy drain down. Tonight I watched The Big Lebowski with my gf on 90% both brightness and battery and only went down 25%battery after the whole movie. I played close to an hour of NFS Most Wanted with the same brightness settings.. currently at 50% bat. I think that's pretty amazing considering I was wi-fi streaming the movie, and how graphic intense Need For Speed is.

Are you guys also getting great battery performance with heavy use? Does anyone notice their battery having a "temper" so to speak? Some days it seems my phone charges faster and lasts longer.. does weather affect these conditions? Just curious how other ppls phones act.

Ps- on a quick sidenote, I purchased GTA III and hear the music with the opening credits, but as soon as the gameplay starts I hear nothing. Anyone know what's going on?

Netflix doesn't hurt the galaxy S3 battery much at all, I pretty much watched every episode of breaking bad on it while barely losing power

Mine is great with heavy use on wifi. However the weak data from Sprint (until LTE is fully deployed in my area.. It's in a few places around here so far) will be my biggest battery drain haha.

Just gradually I guess.. in the beginning I always plugged my phone in to do anything heavy. I guess the battery calibration wasn't there yet.

And funk, thx for calling me out bro! Im still on 4.0.4:p im kind of a "if it aint broke dont fix it" type person and since ive never had a phone thats so smooth and never crashes im afraid to change anything:eek:
