Hel I opened a link http://tinfood.vn/uj/give.php and it downloaded onto my phone

Help I opened an email from a friend and clicked the link before thinking. It automatically started downloading something. I quick tried to stop it but pulled the battery out of the phone to stop it.I have a Samsung GalaxyS2 by Sprint
How do I get rid of it? Thank you for the help.

Do you know exactly what it downloaded? Check the downloads folder on your phone. See if there is anything there that you can delete.

After that, scan the phone with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from the Play Store just for extra precaution.
