As that1bb mentions any application that accesses portions of your phone generally have that since you can shortcut your phone, marketplace, browser, and so forth, into the dock.

just means the program can make a phone call (like when you create a direct dial short cut on your homescreen) that uses your minutes. nothing to be worried about for Helix. i have it and love it. It is very stable and just works.

helix 2 lags a lot. I hope that this is addressed in further updates. Waiting for 10 seconds for the screen to load is excessive.

I agree. I'm about to revert back to Helix 1 as Helix 2 lags way too much and I'm also getting a LOT of force closes!

I agree, I've actually gone back to stock launcher. I had 5 screens setup, but I was only actively using the three screens, but I really liked the menu bar on the bottom. Eversince I found the use of folders, I don't need as many screens. And there aren't that many widgets that I found useful.
