Yeah.
No the status bar remains the same.

No, this is a themed version of the Launcher 2 (home) that came with the Nexus.

Its a launcher. Just as rosie is for sense. Launcher 2 is from stock android 2.1. Helix is it's own launcher. You have helix and helix 2. Very nice. Some slight lag with 2.
