Hello, I am trying to flash the factory image to my Google Pixel XL

The package contains a Flash-all command in ADB to flash the image to the phone. The bootloader and radio get flashed but I keep getting an error when it tries to load the image-marlin-nmf26o saying there is not enough space.
Any advice on what I am doing wrong?
