Hi! I have a problem with my almost 2-month-old Lenovo IdeaPad K1. It's supposed to have a free full-version Documents To Go, right? But now, I couldn't access my documents anymore. It redirects me to a license agreement window. It happened after my tablet had completed a system update. What do you think I should do? :'(

Welcome to AC Vienna!!

You might want to poke around or post in the forum for your device if you can't find an answer. I believe this is where you'd wanna go:

Or you can try checking in the General Help and How To Forum, lots o experienced Android vets in there that might be able to help you with your problem:

Quickest result (if no one has any ideas) might be to just get in touch with the manufacturer. Just tell them you received a system update and now you can't access the app (if you are entitled to a free copy that is). They'll be able to tell you if you are supposed to have a copy of it, and, probably help you to troubleshoot the issue. If it's only two months old, they kinda still owe you some tech support. At least for 10 more months. :p
