Helo phone doesnt charge right?!?!

My Optimus G just adds 2% then drains 2%! I tried 4 different outputs and sti same problem! Please help!

So it charges to 2% then stops? I'm not fully understanding the questions, so if you could rephrase or provide more details we can provide more help.

Sorry. I meant by when it was at 33% it would go to 35 then back to 33%. I restarted my phone twice and its back to normal. Thanks anyways!
