HELP: 6P No longer "Charging Rapidly"

So this has been for about 3-4 weeks now and I have no solutions. My 6P on 6.0.1 does not "charge rapidly" no matter what base, cord, outlet I use. My co-worker with the same build number and software version, using the same charger does "charge rapidly". Any one ever experience something like this yet?

Is it charging noticeably slower than your co-worker's? I'd drain each down to like 50% and charge for 10 minutes or longer and see how much it goes up to on each. If it's the same charge rate then it might just be a bug making it not display the "charging rapidly." If it is going slower then there might be something else wrong.

It is for sure noticeably slower charge rates. I just contacted Huawei and they suggest I send the phone in for RMA. Ridiculous that they don't supply a replacement phone while they repair yours.

Did you originally buy directly from Huawei?

Yes, unfortunately.
