Help a noob

I am posting to these forums from my Nexus 7 but can't figure out how to insert a picture. I am sure it is simple but I just don't see it.

Welcome to Android Central! Attaching an image to a post is not possible with the AC app. You can do so with the Tapatalk-based Android Central Forums app, or the actual Tapatalk app.
