[HELP] An App Or A Setting That Locks The Wallpaper Background?

Hello, I'm looking for a specific app or a setting that basically when I press it,
it locks the wallpaper background so that it wouldn't move any icons, or press any icons at all and it goes with your bottom main 5 icons and your whole background icons..

Basically it just locks them it would not be able to be moved or have anything added.. A wallpaper background lock standby

Is there an app or setting that does that?

In Apex launcher (and Nova probably) I think there's a lock desktop setting. Also in some OEM skins. This is different from the lock screen, of course.

I use Nova Prime and it does have this feature, under desktop, scroll down, check 'Lock Desktop'. You can long press on a desktop icon and a pop-up will allow you to long press to unlock the feature for a short period of time. It works great, no more disappearing icons.

Hi, I appreciate both of your responses

As of now I haven't actually used Nova launcher and just sticked to the normal lockscreen at all

and I'm sure you guys understand of what I'm trying to come across

So there is no app or easier way in which I'll be able to lock the background just in case?

When you tap the settings button on your home screen is there an option to Lock Desktop"? If not you'll have to use a different launcher.
