Help! Apps from marketplace won't open

I tried a few searches but couldn't find anything. I'm rooted with warm 2.2 on my Dinc. I thoughtlessly did a factory reset without backing up anything. All of my data is cleared (which I don't mind), but I can't seem to open up any apps I download from the marketplace. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I'm not too tech savvy so I might need help re-flashing a stock rom.

Try running Fix Permissions in recovery under advanced settings.
