[HELP] Blank screen/ No launcher / factory reset Only status bar on screen!!!

I have LG Optimus slider VM706 (virgin mobile).
I have rooted this phone with one click root or something. I did that a while ago, so I don't remember what I exactly did.
Anyway, few days ago I decided to reset this phone. I did a factory reset...
I realized that I have deleted some google apps including setupwizard.
I am not sure what is causing this but now my phone is blank screen with status bar.
I can only do receive a call / message.
I have tried several things to install launcher.

When I got phone call, I went to contacts to add my Google account.
Then, I went to Google play on PC, to download a launcher automatically to my phone but my phone wasn't on the list of possible devices.

Then, I send me an email with attachment with launcher but there was no alarm on new email on status bar.
So that doesn't work too.

Next thing I did is making a friend to send an URL through message.
When I click the URL in message, the message program shut down.
(I was trying to connect internet app to download a launcher)
(I think I have deleted internet app too...)

Then, I tried to use adb to install. When I connected phone to PC, I found there was no debugging mode.
I cannot type any thing because it simply doesn't connect to my phone.

I don't think I have custom recovery. So, I don't think I can flash a ROM.

Anyone know how to solve this problem???

There MIGHT be a fix for you there. But, there are no guarantees.

I would recommend re-installing your ROM I would recommend stock you can download it off of lg's site then power down hold volume down and power until you are at the recovery then put the ROM on the SD card and flash from recovery hope this fixes your problem and I hope you learned you lesson on doing a factory reset also you could try the Google apps package at goo.im flash it in recovery like a rom
