Help, Call Barring not working

HI everyone.

I have spoken to my carrier and also to Samsung support.

I have erased cache to see if it solved the problem, but didn't.

I did a full reset and them restored, tried to turn again call barring on and keep getting the same message ''Failed to read Data'' ''call barring rejected''

So I did another full reset and this time didn't restore, the problem persists.
Any ideas?
Samsung S8 (SM-G950W), carrier Videotron in Canada.
The phone is past the 12 months, so I guess no warranty.
Going to a store this coming week with bill to see what can be done.
Any help appreciated.
 
:cool: Welcome to poveiro : Well due to the Fact that you've tried all
the possible solutions, better ask Videotron to let you switch the
phone & make sure the "Call barring" feature works correctly

The call Barring feature is mostly used for - Employers to prevent
International and personal calls from their employees..Hope this help
