Help Can not update to 4.2

I have a Sprint Galaxy Nexus and whenever the update pops up on my phone I click install and it installs about a quarter of the way the the android man lays on its back with a red triangle. Please help I had this problem when I tried to update it to 4.1 which i eventually got by doing something I completely forgot what i had did. What should I do? Its been doing this ever since I unrooted my phone a few months ago.
