Help! Can`t get Files to my rooted Phone without ROM

Ive got a big problem!

I have a Galaxy S3 - 19300, which is rooted and i have Philz 6 on it! In the last year I switch my OS from time to time and i wanted to do it again now.
After everything was set up i cleared all the data from the phone and wanted to install the new rom from my ext sd card. But the sd card didnt show up.

So how can i get the files for the new ROM on my phone?

I already tried:
- formating the sd card and switching to NTFS
- trying another sd card
- trying to install from an usb stick

Help really appreciated

Welcome to the forums. Can the phone still boot into Android? You can put the ROM file in your internal storage.

So i need to get some rom into my internal storage to boot again

If you can boot into download mode, you can reflash a stock ROM from a PC. That will at least get you up and running again.

If s3 i9300 16gb you must get sdcard that is 16gb recovery could read it if sdcard is bigger than you got a problem
