Help! Cannot turn off text-to-speech after updating to Jelly Bean on Epic 4g Touch

Use two finger to get back into Settings/Accessiblity or any other section. Continue using two fingers to go about until you are able to SWITCH OFF TALK-BACK in the "VISION" Section. I have done it...so can you. No Need to panic. :Good Luck

Go to accessibility and turn off talkback

The actual problem is both google talk to text and talkback, when you power downn your samsung completely, google talk/text autostarts along with talk back.
