HELP! Can't get phone out of bootloader screen

I dont know how to go back or get out of it... i saw some thing on a thread about fixing the battery issues by calibrating the battery, and when i did the steps, i got stuck on the bootloader screen, i cant still move and everything. I just dont know what to press and i'm scared of pressing anything that might mess it up
I DONT WANT ANYTHING DELETED ON MY PHONE, WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!
NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY PHONE, I DIDNT TRY TO ROOT OR ANYTHING SO I DIDN'T DELETE ANYTHING, I JUST WANNA KNOW HOW TO GET OFF THIS SCREEN
