Help! Can't update Android 3.4

Hi,

I know this is a long shot but I was hoping someone can help me. I have a galaxy S4 (I9500) and would like to upgrade to Android 4.3 but I just can’t figure it out!

When I check for an update on my phone it says I have the latest version (but I can see I have 4.2.2). When I connect with Kies via USB cable, it doesn’t tell me that there are any upgrades available. And where it should show current firmware, nothing appears.

I called Samsung and they told me my phone is compatible and it should work. "Go to service center" but I have no time for that today. Hopefully someone can help. Thank you!

Edit: Yes I just saw in the title, I mean Android 4.3 of course)

You just have to wait. It is frustrating but eventually it will let you update. Just keep checking. I also cannot update my S4, it says I have the latest version installed.
