Help:can't wipe data

it's android 3.2, I couldn't log the google account,so want to do factory reset,and had this issue.

and i can't do downgrade to 2.3 also,it appears : 'ERROR [155]: IMAGE ERROR
One of these error messages will appear when you use the incorrect RUU to update and the image file size is larger than the Flash ROM size. ' But the rom is correct

And how could i do? pls help,thanks
