I don't know why i did this, but i like an idiot flashed a recovery from a different phone. I just need help getting back to xionia cwma like i was using any help would be much appreciated thank you.

Oops! Don't worry you aren't the first. If you are still able to boot into regular Android, you can reflash Xionia CWMA from there.

Pull your battery out, wait 5 seconds, put it back in and power on your device.

it says it can not find mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock5 /system in /proc/mounts.
ok nevermind this didn't matter i am up and running again just fine
