Help...Dead One S will not charge

Help Please. I have been running this Trickdroid for quite some time. Ad thanks to such great battery life I have never seen my phone under 10%....until yesterday when it ran all the way down and powered it self off. ....now it will not take a charge tried all my different chargers even tried a rapid charger (Nex7 charger) and the charging LED never comes on. Will not even try to light up the screen when you hold the power button. I'm concerned about sending it in via TMO that they will fix it and find i unlocked and rooted it and charge me full price for my replacement. Any thoughts? Has this happened to anyone else on this ROM? Is there a way to revive it? Thanks.

ok so ...now when i plug it into a windows machine i hear it make the "du doo" noise like its connected then it makes the "du doo" noise and again and says not connected this loop keeps going and going.....

When it does plug in, can you see anything? Are you familiar with adb/fastboot?

I don't know much about HTC, but I'd start with trying to get into recovery to see if you can wipe it. It straight up dying and being unable to charge is a rather odd phenomenon IMO.

Ya, thanks man. Problem is the screen does not flicker or light up at all nor the backlite keys. Tried some adb commands like fastboot but it just says looking for device. I was told that the battery dropped below the volts needed to power CWM inorder for it to take a charge. Had it on a charger all night and still nothing. Boggles my mind that when I plug it into a PC I can here it connect/disconnect via windows little dinging noise. But the screen is back and not recognized in adb
