HELP! Firware Update Has Encountered A Problem!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys i used Odin to try to downgrade back to 4.1.1 on my s3 and i got a 'Failed (Auth)' error and now the phone is stuck on "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again"... I tried to connect to Kies but when i insert the usb it just says Connecting.... and nothing happens.... I took the battery out because anytime i try to get into recovery mode or download mode it just keeps rebooting and showing the firmware update error... Any help please...

If you were on 4.3, you cannot roll back to any earlier version of Android. The bootloader was changed to disallow this.
