ok i was trying to flash codename from the rom manger...it downloaded then i downloaded gapp, well...the gapps flashed first not the codename so my phone is pretty much unusable. how can I reverse this? Thanks

Try pulling the battery and booting back into recovery. Hold down VOLUME UP, VOLUME DOWN, and the POWER button at the same time. You will see a screen that says start. Use the volume down button to select recovery - hitting the power button will confirm the selection. Once there, wipe data, do a factory reset, and format the system. Then flash the rom and gapps. Hopefully that will get you back.

Were you able to boot into recovery? If yes, then try restoring a nandroid backup.

What did you wipe? Wipe everything in recovery. Do a factory reset, then wipe cache. Go to mounts and storage and format system, then cache, then data. Next go to advanced and clear Dalvik cache. Do this all again (I am paranoid, every time I flash a new ROM I do all of this two time).

I am not using CNA 1.4 yet, but yes, you will need to flash Gapps after you flash the ROM. Do this right after the ROM is flashed, before you reboot the phone.

I would recommend flashing from recovery versus flashing using rom manager for some reason there are much less issues doing it from recovery. And then if you ever did what you did again you would be able to wipe and flash much easier.
