This applies to Windows users:
If you un rooted, and are now trying to reroot but are having trouble, this might help. If you unrooted using this method
"Put this on your SD card PB31IMG.zip load up hboot . Then http://android.clients.google.com/pa...lease_sign.zip name this file update.zip . Reboot into hboot, select recovery. Now the screen will have a funny picture, press the volume up key and power button. Now select 'run update.zip"
Leave those files on your SD card. When you run Unrevoked, and your phone is in hboot let it scan PB31IMG, when it asks if you want to install update hit no, and hit no when it asks if you want to reboot. Unrevoked will then take over. If it doesn't work, run Unrevoked again. Also disable any anti virus you have, Norton blocks Unrevoked as a threat.
