Ok Here's an update. I've spent the better part of the evening trying to get this to work and I still get stuck on the boot animation screen.

I completely reverted back to stock including locking my device. I even did a factory reset before I unlocked it again. I did this two times because I realized after I started to flash JB I forgot to make an original nandroid so the only way out was to start all over again. I followed the steps to the letter wiping everything before flashing and still the same.

I am looking at the Boot animation right now. I've been looking at it for the better part of an hour so I think it's safe to say this is a no go also. I guess I'll have to wait for Verizon to come out with an official update, If they ever do cause we baught a nexus and we should've had it before the S3 (total BS), which should solve the problem, Hopefully.

If anyone has any other Ideas I'll try anything now short of throwing my Phone out the window to get a warranty replacement, I'm all ears.

Thank You I do appreciate it. I am going to go back to AOKP ICS for now. I am burned out on this. I don't know if I'm missing something but it's really crazy i've never seen this. Usually at least one will boot up but none of the jb roms work.

Is there a separate partition I may be missing that doesn't get wiped even if you go back to stock? Like on my PC. I upgraded to win 7 and there is a partition that holds XP, Maybe something like that?
I'm out of time for tonight anyway.

Just an update for those who helped me out. Ended up waiting for official update, flashed stock and re locked phone. Did official update which then bricked my phone because it was locked and I couldn't go back to 4.04 so Verizon sent me a new phone. Don't know why it did it.
I have now rooted this phone but when I try to flash any new Roms it gets half way through then I get the little green guy with the red triangle and it fails. Seems like I have no luck.

If you're getting the green guy with the red triangle, it sounds to me like you're trying to flash from stock recovery. I wasn't even aware that was possible, but stranger things have happened.

What the above user said is correct--you need a custom recovery.

Thank you. I don't know what happened but I rebooted and it seems to have fixed the problem. Running the new codename ROM as we speak. Thanks again to all who helped.
