Help! Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 Won't Charge!

Hoping someone can help. Out of the blue a few days ago my Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 decided to stop charging. No matter what I plug into it the tablet seems to discharge faster than it can charge. Even if I turn the tablet off it'll try to charge but it won't really ever get anywhere. It's made it completely impossible to use. I thought the battery might be bad so I replaced that today and it's still having the same issue. I don't know how else to troubleshoot this?

Sorry, it wasn't entirely clear to me -- have you already tried different charging cables/plugs?

Also, make sure there isn't any debris lodged in the charging port. Use a can of compressed air to blow it out.
