Hello All,
Seeking a solution from all the experts here..my Samsung Galaxy S6 has gone into a reboot loop, doesnt go past the encryption wait loop; on boot-up, asks me for my pin, I put it in; the padlock shows unlocked but after a few seconds the phone reboots again; rinse and repeat! The battery is old and phone memory was low; please help; what should I do? No phone now and major withdrawals! Can I at-least get my videos and pics off of it??

Thank you!

Try replacing the battery and make sure no SD card is inserted at boot. Also try clearing cache from the Recovery Mode.

Hi rs24

This is a big issue. Have you tried wiping the cache partition to free up some memory on your phone? I know that replacing the battery is not an option as this requires service from a technitian.

To wipe the cache these are the steps:
  1. Turn off your phone.
  2. Hold (at the same time the volume up + home + power button on your phone).
  3. You'll see a blue screen a later be taken to a menu.
  4. Use the volume buttons to scroll up and down and highlight Wipe Cache Partition
  5. Select it using the power button.
  6. Move to the top of the mennu and select reboot phone

Hope this helps, becuase your other option is to wipe the phone but if you don't backup your data that means loosing all your information.
