help:how to bt tether to my laptop

I used PdaNet and was able to usb tether my LG optimus V to my laptop. It worked beautifully. However, I cannot figure out how to do it with BT tether. The laptop and the Optimus keeps on saying "paired but not connect". Anyone has any idea?

Unless you have the new phone. Virgin broke the ability to hotspot and tether in the newest software installed on brand new phones.

yup. completely disabled.

only people who can tether now are the ones with the older phones, and Virgin is going to start capping data so its not even worth tethering anymore.

fun while it lasted. time to use my phone as a phone.
