I need your help. I was receiving requests on my Samsung S3 to enter verification for an older google account for which I didn't remember my password. I couldn't download or access anything on my phone because of that. I had TWO GOOGLE ACCOUNTS ON MY PHONE. THE OLD ONE AND THE NEW ONE. So I deleted the OLD ONE from my phone. I noticed:
1. my messages had telephone numbers instead of names
2. I lost contacts saved to GOOGLE. I only have those saved to my phone.
I cannot change the password for the OLD GOOGLE account because I set up verification security and it is not working.
How do I:
1. access my OLD email so I can access the contacts
2. how to I restore my contacts saved to GOOGLE on my phone.
I am at a total loss and there is NO once at google to speak with.
