help HTC one bought it fairly used

Pls help needed fast my HTC one has no blinkfeed or Zoe,software information display s 4.1.1 jelly bean ,I put it in recovery mode it displayed in Chinese language help needed to translate to English and upgrade at least to see blinkfeed

There's no way for you to see blinkfeed or zoe Cuz I bought a cloned Htc one.......how much did u buy it and what's the background color of the settings area,if it's black then you have the fake cloned Htc one...
