HELP! I deleted my phones operating system!!!

Disclaimer: I am a complete noob when it comes to technology. I have a ZUK Z2 android smartphone which I installed twrp recovery on. As I was messing around on twrp I accidentally formatted the phone which deleted everything including the operating system. I can still access when I turn it on it show a list of the phones sensors and I can't click anything. Using the recovery mode I can boot into twrp but I can't install a rom because I can't enable sub debugging from the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
