HELP. I formatted system and ROM to install does not install, what to do?

The smartphone i'm talking about is an old Motorola Motoluxe XT615.

I did a backup of the system it was running actually, just in case, and this case has happened.

I moved the backup to my PC, so that I have more free space on the phone, but then, I formatted system and the ROM to install did not worked... now I cannot even initialize the phone because there's nothing installed "inside"...

If anyone has any idea of what to do it would be so helpful...

You'll probably have to find a JTAG service on eBay that can flash that model.
