Help!!!!! I need to unroot my lg optimus s!

i want to install the system update i just got so i need to unroot my lg optimus s. it was super simple to root but now im getting all hard answers on unrooting and im not familiar with all the lingo

It is more difficult to unroot and return to stock. There is no one stop point and click method.

In the rom section there is a guide on how to update and retain root access
