Help!!! Is this normal?

so I got my note8 on the 15th the only thing I did was taking pictures and browsing social media but today I tried the camara and went outside to see the low light camara. i dont know if my results are normal or not... i would like you guys input on it. very much apprecieted .(sorry if i spelled things wrong)

Did you look at the picture? It looks horrible, almost pastel like. Under normal light the pictures are clear?

It takes good video and pictures at day light at night not so good

Go to pro mode, touch the screen to manual focus and lower iso till its not so dark, auto mode is trash at night.

I have a similar issue, most of my photos are kind of blurred, even though its totally new. But i think thats more a technical issue and I probably have to get it repaired
